I was excited to receive an invitation to meet Jensen Huang, founder and visionary of NVIDIA, as part of a small group of tech founders Jensen was interested in meeting during his Mumbai trip. This morning, I had the honor of gifting Jensen, a hand-calligraphed version of 𝗥𝘂𝗱𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗞𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴'𝘀 timeless poem "𝗜𝗙." 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗲, "𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱." Turning surplus into sustenance, one meal at a time. In collaboration with FoodCycle, 11 of our amazing Fractalites rolled up their sleeves and took on a unique challenge: creating nutritious three-course meals from surplus food at Mission Kitchen in New Covent Garden Market, Vauxhall, London. This challenge wasn't just about cooking - it was about creativity, teamwork, and making a real difference to the homeless community at Evolve Housing. Here's what we achieved together 🔸20 delicious meals prepared and donated 🔸61.3 KGs of food rescued from waste 🔸38.5 volunteer hours contributed 🔸Countless smiles at Evolve Housing in Stockwell A huge thank you to FoodCycle for organizing this meaningful event, City Harvest for providing the ingredients, and most importantly, to our passionate Fractalites who turned surplus ingredients into wholesome meals for those in need.
