    🔍 Case Study: Leadership Development for a Major Sports Association 🌟   Since 2014, we have partnered with a leading sports association to streamline their recruitment and career development processes. They entrusted us with evaluating the readiness of about 400 employees for senior roles.   The Challenge: Assessing candidates across different units and management levels using a standardized, objective process aligned with their strategy.   The Solution: AK+Partners designed a tailored Development Centre (DC) with: 🎯 Customized criteria and scales for each management level. 🎓 Comprehensive assessments involving tailored activities and multiple expert assessors. 🤝 Competency-based interviews, presentations, team exercises, and role-plays. 🧠 Pre-Assessment with the PI Behavioral & Cognitive Assessment and CATIL Talent Review Assessment (360 feedback): These diagnostic tools are used to gather additional information from multiple sources to enhance the objectivity and completeness of the assessment. 🗣️ One-to-one Feedback & Debriefing on the assessments and the DC observation.   Conclusion: In-depth feedback sessions following the DC empower candidates to reflect upon their leadership journey, take responsibility for their growth, and ensure transparent career development.     Case Study: Enhancing Global Leadership at a Flavor & Fragrance House Challenge: A leading Flavor & Fragrance House needed to assess and develop leadership capabilities across its global manufacturing facilities to map them against their new operational strategy. The goal was to build the foundations for successful change while boosting performance. Solution: AK+Partners designed a comprehensive talent assessment program across 14 global Facilities, involving: 1. Benchmark Creation: 🛠️ 36 must-have criteria at all management levels were defined using Predictive Index® and CATIL® Talent Review assessments. 2. Leadership Assessment: 📊 736 Employees assessed by year-end 2023 on potential and readiness for growth across four management levels: Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers, and Plant Directors. 3. Succession Plan Discussions: 💬 Facilitated results analysis and discussions about the potential and development needs of all assessed employees, covering up to 30 people in one hour. Results: 🚀 The program enabled effective succession planning and targeted development initiatives, with key leaders identified for promotion as well as concrete actions to successfully enable the new Operational strategy. As one executive commented: "The CATIL Talent Review process really impressed me, putting the finger on the dot of something we intuitively knew, though translating in an amazingly precise description of employees.     🌟Case Study: Empowering Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers for Retail Excellence 🌟   🎯Objective: Empower Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to enhance their leadership skills and become effective coaches and ambassadors of a new retail culture.   ✅ Solution: AK+Partners targeted the company’s development needs through a capability analysis and built a worldwide customized academy:   -CATIL® Talent Review (TR) Analysis: by defining Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers organizational ambitions, we identified the population gaps and specific training needs. -Tailored Management Academy: we designed and delivered globally, a half-day customized practical management training module over a year. -Science-Backed Tools and Follow-Up Coaching: participants completed CATIL TR and The Predictive Index (PI) assessments prior the Academy for a personalized coaching and gather insightful feedback from colleagues.    🏆Results: After one year of training, participants were invited to complete again the CATIL® TR assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The re-assessment demonstrated significant improvements in leadership capabilities and alignment with the desired retail culture. Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers were successfully equipped with enhanced skills, becoming proficient coaches and cultural ambassadors, driving a positive transformation in the retail environment.   Attached is a screenshot of the CATIL® Talent Review platform showcasing both the initial and follow-up assessments.     This summer, we are excited to launch a series of case studies showcasing the powerful impact of the CATIL® Talent Review. Stay tuned to see the results it can achieve!     🌟 Case Study: Elevating Sales Performance at a Luxury Retailer 🌟   Challenge: The client needed to enhance workforce capabilities to accelerate sales and increase succession bench strength.   Solution: AK+Partners designed a bespoke development program using Predictive Index® and CATIL® Talent Review assessments to benchmark and evaluate 2'000 employees. This involved creating a benchmark of the ideal employee, assessing readiness and career potential, and providing individual development plans. HR departments were trained to use these tools for a structured recruitment process.   Result: 25% of employees had high performance/high potential, 60% met benchmarks, and the program was expanded to 11 markets. This standardized the recruitment and development processes, ensuring continuous improvement and higher caliber talent onboarding.   📊 Attached is a screenshot of the CATIL® Talent Review platform showcasing the 9-box matrices. "Actual fit" shows current performance, while "future fit" indicates potential for higher positions, highlighting who is ready for promotion.
