CAHSI COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE
Share resources and learn about effective practices with the online platform, CAHSI Communities of Practice. A community of practice connects people with people, experts, and information. To create and maintain effective communities, each community must have an assigned Advocate who keeps the community vibrant. Members develop a shared repertoire of resources: experiences, stories, tools, and ways of addressing recurring problems.
