Jay Schacher is a highly accomplished VP, Director of Design with 2 decades of agency experience in consumer and healthcare marketing. Currently, Jay spearheads a new practice group for a global healthcare agency focused on crafting identities for emerging healthcare brands and designing cutting-edge digital product initiatives. As a leader, Jay fosters collaboration, inspires teams, and ensures excellence.
Jay has a reputation for injecting a fresh perspective into challenging large-scale pharmaceutical and life sciences initiatives by merging strategic thinking, industry insights, and a user-centric approach, resulting in brands that create a lasting legacy.
Prior to his focus in healthcare, Jay worked with renowned brands such as Nike, Mercedes-Benz, and SiriusXM consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional results.
On a personal note, he loves his breakfast. It’s the same every morning—a huge coffee accompanied by a giant bowl of oats with chocolate-bar flavored protein powder. It’s not because he likes to workout, he just really likes food that tastes like you’re eating cake.
