In 2024, we surveyed over 5000 employees and 500 employers about the state of employee financial wellness. 35% of employees said they experience financial stress DAILY 🚨 When we asked employers how they've seen that stress impact employee performance, they observed a variety of things, from a lack of focus to chronic absenteeism. Of those respondents, nearly 75% said they were stressed about covering their basic necessities, such as bills, groceries, rent, or a mortgage.
