Organisé conjointement par Université de Moncton, McKenna Institute, ResearchNB et Venn Innovation, la deuxième édition du Forum MedTech du Nouveau-Brunswick aura lieu les 19 et 20 septembre au Delta Beauséjour à Moncton. Cet événement, inédit dans le domaine de la santé intégrative et des technologies, a pour ambition de renforcer et de dynamiser l’écosystème des technologies de la santé dans la province. Il réunira des chercheuses et chercheurs, des professionnels de la santé ainsi que des figures de proue de l’industrie, tous animés par la volonté d’améliorer la prestation des soins au Nouveau-Brunswick par le biais de la collaboration, de l’échange d’idées et de l’innovation. Le programme du sommet comprendra deux panels de discussion. Le premier, intitulé « Accès et génération de données », mettra en lumière les interventions de Dr Donna Curtis Maillet (NBIRDT), Gerry Fairweather (VeroSource), Chris Crowell (ResolveHD), Dre Jalila Jbilou (Université de Moncton) et Dr Nicolas Beaudet (Softway Medical). Le second panel, consacré à « l’Adoption des technologies MedTech », réunira Dale Vandenborre (Réseau CanHealth), Danielle Kent (Loch Lomond Villa), Marie-Pierre Beaubien (Ad Valorem), Jonathan Auger (Sir Steward) et Sharon Gainforth (NeuroAI). Enfin, plusieurs chercheurs issus des institutions universitaires de la province, dont l’Université de Moncton et l’Université du Nouveau-Brunswick (UNB), présenteront leurs projets de recherche dans le domaine des technologies médicales. Organized jointly by the Université de Moncton, the McKenna Institute, ResearchNB and Venn Innovation, the second edition of the New Brunswick MedTech Forum will take place on September 19 and 20 at the Delta Beausejour in Moncton. This first-of-its-kind event in the field of integrative health and technology aims to strengthen and energize the province's health technology ecosystem. It will bring together researchers, healthcare professionals and industry leaders, all driven by the desire to improve healthcare delivery in New Brunswick through collaboration, the exchange of ideas and innovation. The summit program will feature two panel discussions. The first, entitled “Data Access and Generation”, will feature presentations by Dr. Donna Curtis Maillet (NBIRDT), Gerry Fairweather (VeroSource), Chris Crowell (ResolveHD), Dr. Jalila Jbilou (Université de Moncton) and Dr. Nicolas Beaudet (Softway Medical).
