UPP is pleased to sign the Investor Action on Antimicrobial Resistance (IAAMR)’s Public Investor Statement, which calls for global action to combat #DrugResistance. Antimicrobial resistance (#AMR) is considered one of the top global threats to human and animal health and is predicted to cause a 3.8% decrease in global GDP by 2050. The Statement urges world leaders and policymakers to intensify efforts, coordinate action, and reaffirm commitments to tackle AMR. UPP’s Raj Kohli, CFA, Associate Director, Absolute Return Strategies, recently participated in the The Investment Diversity Exchange (TIDE) SPARK conference.
