With almost kismet timing, as one of her last feats before heading out on maternity leave this Friday, our Project Manager, Jessica Prain, attended the first Construction Association of Nova Scotia Women in Construction Forum this afternoon. It was incredible to see so many strong, knowledgeable, hard-working, diverse women come together to network and discuss what it means to be a female in such a male dominated industry. We look forward to how this event grows and develops in years to come!

Today we recognize the National Day for Truth & Reconciliation to honour the many children that never returned home, and the survivors of residential schools across Canada. "The orange shirt has become a symbol of hope, reconciliation and a commitment to a better future. By wearing an orange shirt on September 30th, you make a statement to support reconciliation and commit to the enduring truth that EVERY CHILD MATTERS." For more information and resources, check out www.orangeshirtday.org On behalf of our team, we've made a donation to the Mi'kmaw Family Healing Centre. Further information on the centre and the incredible work they do can be found at their website at https://lnkd.in/gVCAfrTq.

Shout out to the Bello crew for making it into SOPREMA Canada's introductory video for the SOPRASEAL STICK AVB AT! It's been great having the opportunity to be one of the first to use the product in HRM - and it was a very positive experience for the team installing. Looking forward to rolling AT out on many buildings to come!
