Tree Canada is very pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors: Maya Colombani, Vicki Corker, CPA, Peter Duinker and Meghan Harris-Ngae-Ngae. Also joining the Board as Observer is Kassie McKeown. Planting projects are among the diverse sustainability practices seen on many dairy farms across Canada. Trees, hedgerows, and shelterbelts are key tools for preventing soil erosion and improving soil quality. On some farms, trees are being planted on marginal land to promote biodiversity.
