Our CEO Eric Enno Tamm is in Singapore this week at TechInnovation. Canada’s ThisFish enters Japanese market with AI platform, targeting eel farming sector ThisFish Inc., a Vancouver, Canada-based software and artificial intelligence (AI) company, is looking to expand its global footprint, with eyeing the Japanese seafood processing market. The company entered into a partnership with EZO CREATE last year, to introduce its AI-powered management platform, Tally, in Japan. We're excited to announce that Canada's Ocean Supercluster is investing $660k CAD in our AI project to advance generative AI in the seafood processing sector in partnership with Orca Specialty Foods and Bitstrapped. We also have five other collaborators in South Africa, United States, Ecuador, Singapore and Canada involved in the project. Our CEO Eric Enno Tamm will be talking about AI in the tuna sector at the Philippines National Tuna Congress in General Santos on Wednesday, Sept. 5th in the afternoon. He'll be talking about use cases for machine learning, computer vision and generative AI in tuna supply chains.
