A huge thank you to Chad Suffield and Sherwin Jacques from Exchange Technology Services for their incredible mentorship and support of the Mentorlink program! 🌟 Mentorlink, funded by the First Jobs Fund and in partnership with University College of the North is all about empowering young adults with the critical soft skills and hands-on IT experience needed to launch successful careers in the tech industry. As the first cohort wraps up, we’re beyond excited to witness the tangible impacts this program has had on the participants. The dedication and expertise that Chad and Sherwin brought to the table have been game-changers. Through resume building, mock interview workshops, and personalized mentorship sessions, they’ve helped the participants prepare for their internship at Computer for Schools Manitoba and future careers.  The feedback from our participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting how this mentorship has given them clarity, direction, and a strong sense of community within the tech field. This is the kind of support that transforms lives and builds the foundation for future success. We’re thrilled for what’s next with the second cohort on the horizon, kicking off in early 2025. 🚀
