Attendees also got an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the Toronto office's onsite test kitchen and studio. As we reshuffle some responsibilities internally as part of our latest reorg, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the numerous accomplishments the PepsiCo Foods D3 Digital Team (and its past incarnations) have delivered over the past 5 years: » Developed a common evergreen website capability in partnership with Majestic – wireframes, back-end, and enhancement roadmap – now supporting 27+ evergreen sites and counting allowing our brands to deliver best-in-class digital experiences at a significant cost savings, with content and analytics managed in-house (shout out to our awesome GBS partners based in Mexico City!!). » Centralized the approach to digital engagement / microsites in partnership with TMA (The Marketing Arm) to ensure consistency in acquisition of 1P data, improve agility and unlock significant cost savings through standardized, resusable SaaS vs. disposable bespoke development. » Internally Conceived and Launched 2 World-Class CRM programs – Tasty Rewards in partnership with BAM Strategy (now PepsiCo Tasty Rewards – the defacto loyalty capability for PepsiCo brands in NA) and FLVR in partnership with Popular Pays by Lightricks, Tag & Media.Monks (our latest gambit, a food entertainment juggernaut, which has become the most followed PepsiCo “brand” on TikTok outpacing even AllRecipes and Epicurious to deliver consumers the recipes that trend, from the creators they love). » Operationalized our Global Digital Asset Management (DAM) capability “Content Engine” and expanded to include an all-new DAM specialized to manage and deploy recipe content dubbed the “Digital Recipe Engine” (currently being lifted and adapted to several other markets by our Global Team). There are simply too many highlights to mention, but what has made it all the more worthwhile was the opportunity to lead some of the best and brightest Digital Marketers in the business over the years including Kristen Vaudry Leigha Fukasawa Christine Meyers Emily Amy Marisa Price Teeter Shane Perlin Mandy Meadows Haley Lyon.
