We are giving credits to our amazing marketing team & and the talented Mas Studios (Eluvier Acosta G & Juan Castillo - Commercial Videographer). The team spent the day shooting in downtown Edmonton, catching the business and noise to portray the overpopulated serum space with ingredients that are not completely safe to be used. The next day, they shot in a beautiful field to represent a shift between city and nature. This showcases the step away from the “noise” of synthetic formulas into something that will be very natural. It is safe to say, the team successfully represented the theme of this campaign. 🏞️

SURPRISE! Introducing the new Lash Growth Serum! This serum is lash extension & lash cluster friendly. It won't compromise the adhesive bond and will actually help maintain the health of the natural lashes, leading to better retention. Lash extension consumers will appreciate this, as while they are covering the gaps on their lash lines with lash extensions they are also strengthening their natural lashes simultaneously. We are so excited to finally launch this innovative serum, and we couldn’t be more thankful for our hardworking team in making this happen. Shoutout to Mas Studios (Eluvier Acosta G & Juan Castillo - Commercial Videographer) and our creative director Nickol Walkemeyer for their incredible creative work. Have you ever tried lash serums? There are some things you should know before you do… With certain ingredients in most lash serums containing prostaglandin analogues, this one has the riskiest side effects of them all. Prostaglandins come from fatty acids and are used primarily for patients suffering from glaucoma. Although it relieved their ocular hypertension, they also noticed that their lashes grew longer and thicker. However, prostaglandins can cause eye irritation, orbital fat loss, and darken the iris colour, permanently. Let us clarify that this is only a few side effects, there are way more. These lash serums are also not FDA approved, meaning they have not undergone extensive safety testing as medications go through. What are your thoughts on products that contain ingredients with such harsh side effects? Have you tried them? Read more about lash serum side effects in this article written by Zoe Weiner & Tehrene Firman at Well + Good: https://lnkd.in/gttwaAGs

Last week, our SLP team gathered to have our year end meeting! Every department presented a recap of everything worked on in the last year and the plan for the next year. Each team member showed how passionate and determined they are to achieve next year’s goals! We couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come. It’s so important to meet with your team, share goals, and stay informed on any changes, strategies, and efforts to help the company grow everyday. It’s also a chance for us to get out of our remote environment for a minute, and participate in team building activities to bring everyone closer. ✨

    We have some news…

    CEO Sugarlash PRO

For 11 years, Sugarlash PRO has operated as a self-fulfilling company. Exciting news - we are transitioning to a 3PL starting next week! While this change is nerve-wracking, we've done thorough analysis and selected ShipCalm from Indiana after interviewing many different 3PL companies. As a Canadian company, this move is significant for us. Despite the shipping cost challenges, we strive to maintain affordable prices for lash artists worldwide. Our team remains in Canada, and we are proud to continue operating as a Canadian entity. Having a central distribution center just makes sense for us! 🇨🇦 #CanadianBusiness #GlobalShipping #ExcitingChanges

After a very busy summer the Sugarlash PRO team gathered at my house for our yearly strategy meeting! Lead by my team, I was grateful to get to witness the passion and the energy they all put into their presentations for the next year and the goals they set out to accomplish. I always want to hear what we can improve on and what we are doing well from the front line! We are a small but mighty team and fighting the good fight everyday in the beauty industry! After we had dinner and a cruise on the North Saskatchewan River on the Edmonton River boat. 🩷
