🎉 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗶𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽'𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰! 🎉 Mackenzie was nominated not once, not twice, but three times by three different colleagues, which truly speaks to his dedication and commitment to safety. Let's take a moment to celebrate and learn from the exceptional ways Mackenzie leads by example: 🔹 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘆 recognized Mackenzie for always being ahead of the game with paperwork, ensuring all safety signage is up before work starts, and for using equipment like the jib crane to safely move pipe in/out of the shop, preventing pinch points and equipment damage. 🔹 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 highlighted Mackenzie's proactive approach, especially when he suggested using a picker instead of a skid steer to safely lift a heavy spool. His vigilance prevented a potential hazard before it even happened. 🔹 𝗥𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻 praised Mackenzie's positive attitude and his knack for asking the right questions during morning meetings. Just recently, Mackenzie's inquiries sparked a valuable discussion on a safety alert, reinforcing critical training for the whole team. Mackenzie, your unwavering commitment to safety, proactive mindset, and collaborative spirit are what make Strike Group a safer place for everyone. Thank you for embodying our #1 Value—𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲. Let's all take inspiration from Mackenzie and continue to prioritize safety in everything we do. 💪 #SafetyFirst #StrikeGroup #SafetyLeadership #Teamwork #EmployeeRecognition Vladimir Kopaev

🎒📚 Back to School Reminder: Drive Safely! 🚸 As kids across our communities head back to school, it’s more important than ever to stay alert and drive with caution. Whether you’re on your way to work, running errands, or just passing through, please remember: 🚗 Slow Down: Reduce your speed, especially around schools and parks where children are likely to be crossing the street. 👀 Stay Alert: Kids can be unpredictable. Keep an eye out for little ones who might dart into the road unexpectedly. 🚸 Obey Traffic Signs: School zones have reduced speed limits for a reason. Follow the rules and watch for crossing guards who help keep our children safe. Let’s all do our part to ensure that every child makes it to school and back home safely. A few extra seconds of caution can make all the difference. #BackToSchool #DriveSafely #CommunityFirst #SafetyReminder

🎒 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀! 🎒 For the fifth year in a row, Strike Group has proudly partnered with the Calgary Police Youth Foundation’s Backpack Campaign to create a positive impact within our community. Our dedicated team came together to volunteer their time, organizing and packing backpacks filled with essential school supplies, gift cards, and treats. Each backpack was thoughtfully prepared with items tailored to the needs of students, thanks to direct collaboration between the CPYF and educators. This year, volunteers from multiple companies gathered at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre to fill over 3,000 backpacks for Indigenous and other marginalized students in Calgary, setting them up for a successful academic year. At Strike Group, we believe that education is the cornerstone of positive change. By providing these young minds with the tools they need to succeed, we're investing in a brighter future for our entire community. Together, we're making a difference—one backpack at a time! 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲! As we mark our 20th Anniversary, we're reflecting on the significant milestones that have shaped our journey. This week, we’re highlighting our involvement in a 2021 Power Transformer Replacement project, a pivotal moment that demonstrated our expertise and commitment to excellence in the power sector. This project was crucial in enhancing the reliability and resilience of a substation by installing a new 230KV transformer to provide a robust backup during maintenance outages or unforeseen events. Our team was tasked with executing a complex scope of work that included electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural components. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: ◾ Structural steel fabrication and erection ◾ Installation of a new 230KV substation transformer and motorized isolation switch ◾ Comprehensive grounding and bonding systems ◾ Installation of 950 meters of cable tray systems and 5KV cable bus systems 🚨 𝗙𝗨𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧: For this project, Strike installed a 230KV isolation switch in a brand-new substation. Check out this video clip to see the impressive electrical arc that occurs when the 230KV switch is opened at night! ⚡ This project wasn’t just a technical achievement; it was a testament to Strike Group's dedication to delivering top-quality infrastructure that powers communities.
