Let's take a moment to address an often-overlooked aspect of mental health: grief. 🌿 Grief can affect anyone at any time, and it’s important to recognize its impact on our work and wellbeing. Did you know that unresolved grief can significantly affect your performance and mental health? Yet, according to research by the Marie Curie Charity, 43% of bereaved employees feel pressured to return to work before they’re ready. 💖 Acknowledging and addressing grief is the first step to healing. If you are experiencing grief, take time to process your emotions and seek support from colleagues or professional resources. If you're supporting a colleague, friend, or family member through grief, offer a listening ear, respect their need for space, and encourage them to express their feelings. Small acts of kindness and regular check-ins can make a big difference. How are you taking time to acknowledge your grief today? #ManagingGrief #MentalHealth #WorkplaceWellbeing
