…and that’s the way the cookie crumbles. 🍪 Here's your gentle nudge of the day: Don’t skip meals. Consistent nourishment = a healthier, happier you. Eat at regular intervals throughout the day, no matter how you’re feeling—physically or emotionally. It helps keep your energy stable and your mood in check. Here’s what a typical day could look like: 🍽 Within the first hour of waking, have breakfast. 🍽 About 3 hours later, enjoy a snack. 🍽 3 hours after that, it’s time for lunch. 🍽 Another 3 hours later, grab an afternoon snack. 🍽 3 hours after your snack, sit down for supper. 🍽 And about 3 hours later, have a bedtime snack if you need it. This approach, called Mechanical Eating, helps re-establish a steady routine of balanced meals and snacks while reconnecting you with your natural hunger and fullness cues. 🕒🥗 Got other tips?
