Project Milestone: MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership)'s Scotiabank Arena is game-day ready! Following a fast-track construction schedule, PCL and our partners are proud to deliver the first part of phase two of the Scotiabank Arena Reimagination project ahead of the 2024-25 Maple Leafs and Raptors season in just five months. We are looking forward to completing the final transformations of this complex renovation project from Fall 2024 to Spring 2025.

In honor of #SustainableBuildingWeek, PCL is proud to highlight our collaboration with DCI Engineers and DLR Group, achieving key LEED milestones for the Clackamas County Courthouse. Thanks to sustainable design and efficient material use, we’ve cut our environmental footprint by more than 10%, removing over 2,400 metric tons of CO2 emissions. Project Milestone: This summer, our Civil team wrapped up excavation and site grading for the below-grade equalization tank at the Klein Water Treatment Facility! With rebar and concrete reaching completion, we’re on track to begin backfilling by December, maintaining our commitment to safety and quality. It's an honor to partner with SOUTH ADAMS COUNTY WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT to help provide cleaner, sustainable water for Colorado communities.

The community has been eagerly waiting for over two decades, and soon they will experience new aquatic facilities, bike/skate plazas, and enhanced recreational spaces.
