Get a Six-figure job you LOVE ❤️... Confidence & Career Growth Coach.

About us

I became the career coach for others that *I* needed when I was unexpectedly laid off. Recruiters told me what I wanted was unrealistic and impossible. I struggled to find any useful resources that could guide me towards the career transition and pay increase I was determined to achieve. I believed in myself when no one else would, and landed a six-figure HR Manager role - increasing my salary by more than $60k. Now I’m the person who will believe in YOU! You’re smart, capable, and have impressive accomplishments. But you might also struggle to recognise your own value, especially if you’ve had multiple rejections, and “selling yourself” to potential employers feels uncomfortable and unnatural. My clients often find that despite several interviews, they’re not extended any offers, even though they are 100% capable and insanely valuable. But I know how to fix this. I help them realise their own value, and confidently and effectively communicate it. After coaching hundreds of professionals, I created The Six-figure Curriculum aimed at people who are: 🧠Smart, capable professionals 👉Switching industries & don't want to take a pay cut 📈Ready to level up in their existing industry 😖Leaving a toxic work environment 🤑Struggling to sell themselves to dream employers ⭐Ready to get promoted, make more of an impact & get better paid in their current role If you’re ready to step into the future career you’ve been dreaming of, put in the work together to realise your true value and potential, and find a role that excites you and pays you accordingly… My DMs are open, so come and introduce yourself! And if you’re not ready to work with me but would still like support finding your next role, check out the free value that I offer in the form of a podcast, youtube channel, and my two most popular downloads HERE. https://linktr.ee/nataliefisher

A big part of what we learn is about how to do things "right" and perfectly". When I make an imperfect thing I'm honest about it but I don't scrap it and re-do it now like I used to. These were my thoughts about a video I made that I didn't love: I thought: My energy was a bit off and my good camera wasn’t working so the lighting isn’t great. I don’t think it’s very good I should do it again when I get the good camera working again. But I coached myself instead: I said "it’s imperfect so what?" It shares the info I needed to share for the day! This won’t be my last video. I’ll improve the next one. This one will stay imperfect. A lesson in perfectionism: It won’t affect the end result of who receives it. It’s good enough. I’d give it a B-That will work. Now I move forward to create more and improve THE next ones. See my two models there? One would keep me re-doing work that is good enough for no big (or any return on investment of time) The other will allow me to move forward. Not a big deal. How are you overcoming perfectionistic tendencies today?

Low barriers to entry = High skills gap in marketing Let’s put it this way… It’s pretty easy to get a certification. It’s a pretty straightforward goal that we were all taught to “study and regurgitate info back onto a page” You pay for your certification, anyone can get one as long as you pay for it, you do the steps and tests and voila! You’re all set. Or that’s what they’d have you believe… What’s hard: Learning to SELL yourself in a conversation without feeling icky, or transactional yet still doing a REALLY effective job at it. For example: So many coaches get certified and only a small small percentage really make it a success. work! I was reading an article about the owner of the Life Coach School Brooke Castillo, where they painted her out to be such a monster. Promising people who had no experience coaching that they could build 100k coaching businesses. But the people painiting her to be a monster were the people who hadn’t done the work. I personally have done the work and I thank her because my life wouldn’t be what it is without her. Because someone doesn’t put in the reps to learn the skills that are the hardest to learn. Then they blame external factors like the school, the universtiy, the program. The hard part is building trust with people enough to have have them want to give you their hard earned money in exchange your time and energy and belief that you can actually help them change their lives and get the results they want. that you can help them solve a problem they have NEVER solved before and in some cases have been struggling with for years! And this is what we are up against. We are not in the business of “learning more coaching tools” We’re in the business of building trust, in order to facilitate results, and then seeing real results over and over. Then analyzing how our clients got them and improving that process! When you are looking to get hired in the role you’re targeting… Your certifications, college degree etc. Matter a whole lot less than your ability to gain that trust. Trust is built in 4 phases: Congruency (You being congruent with how you’re showing up within yourself)  Rapport (The subconcious, “I like this person” factor)  Exploration and expansion (Through a conversation)  Motivation (Giving them energetic and physical reasons to hire you sooner vs. later) Many clients I work with have certifications. They take their sales force exams , they get their PMP designation, they get certified in six sigma, they get all the things. But then miss the skills gaps in learning to market themselves effectively. Which has nothing to do with the four phases of creating trust. So don’t do this. Don’t skip the 4 phases and try to elevate your certification knowledge because you’ll still be missing what it takes to create subconscious influence in building trust.

The time I was invited to serve on Jury Duty: The first week I was supposed to start my new job, I was asked to serve on jury duty. In the interview, they asked if I had anything that would stop me from starting the new role on the date we were discussing and I told them that I *may* have jury duty. I didn’t think I would get picked, but I did secretly want to be. I had wanted to serve on a jury since I was little. I liked watching lawyer shows like the practice and LA law with my parents. So While everyone else was trying to get out of it, I was secretly imagining myself being chosen. And I was lucky because in the room of 100+ people my number was picked ! (It was so odd how they did the selection.) The drew random numbers out of a little wooden box and called those people up to the front. Then the chosen people lined up and both sides of the attorneys looked at us and either gave a yes or a no. Just by looking at us! I guess I wore the right sweater that day, because I was picked! What I didn’t anticipate is that The trial went on for 2 weeks and we were sequestered, when it was time to deliberate the evidence they took our phones and wouldn’t let us out of the room until we had reached a decision. Thankfully my new employer was awesome. They paid me for the full 2 weeks my full salary. This was part of their policy they paid anyone who was called for jury duty for the duration of their service. This is what I refer to as a high value employer. They created their policies with the interests of the employee considered. And they held up in every other area too. This was a big green flag when starting my new job. If you want to find an employer who has their employees best interests at heart the place to start is by believing that they exist. I have worked at many amazing places and I share as an example of what’s possible for you. This is a bare minimum in my opinion but many employers do not compensate for jury duty. I know this because most of those on the Jury with me were not compensated, and had to figure out how they were going to lose 2 weeks of pay and still be ok. My next free Training will be happening in October! Get on the waitlist for this life-changing event to learn how to attract high-quality environments and employers into your life as a part of who you are and what you deserve.

I have first-hand experience with someone wanting to bring me down with their limitations. And it wasn’t done in a malicious way, it was said as “cautionary advice” under the guise of “I want to protect you” And this happens more often than not. “That will be really hard” “Only people who have graduated business school could do what you are trying to do”  “Yeah but you don’t really know how to do that or have any experience owning an online business ….”  “Ha! Don’t expect that will work!” All things my ex said to me. And he was right. And you know what else is Also true? Hard is not a showstopper  Many successful entrepreneurs actually dropped out of college and are proud of it (I met several of them at networking events)!  True I don’t really know how to do that and I haven’t done it before…. Why is that a problem…? Seriously I’m confused? Why is that actually a problem? Other people’s support is nice to have but it’s not a requirement. Remember that. Anytime someone throws their lovely well meaning *2 cents* your way. You are entitled to *hand it right back* and say thank you but no thank you 😊 Other people’s “cautionary” limitations are choices. Even if they seem like facts! It’s up to you if they are or not. Whenever they feel like a sting it’s because you have doubt that their comments have brought out. Look at what’s there and use it for fuel. Then sit back and say “just watch me and prepare to take notes” 😊😊😊
