Welcome to Beacon, a new solution built to facilitate smooth transitions for immigrants relocating to Canada. Founded on the principle that immigration should be a journey of excitement, not uncertainty, Beacon leverages cutting-edge technology to provide comprehensive support for immigrants. Our Super App simplifies the financial and informational hurdles that newcomers face, offering everything from banking solutions to essential resources, all designed to ease the transition into Canadian life. At Beacon, we believe in empowering immigrants to build successful futures in their new home. Our platform is the first of its kind in Canada, developed by a team of seasoned professionals and immigrants who understand the challenges and opportunities of beginning a new chapter in a new country. Our mission is to make the immigrant journey smoother, more accessible, and more rewarding by providing tailored financial services and support in Canada. Canada has over eight million people born outside of Canada and needs to attract millions more in the next five years. At the same time, recent studies have shown that immigrants are struggling to establish themselves in Canada and are leaving the country in alarming numbers. Beacon exists to help reverse those worrying trends. Beacon’s initial app, live today, is a pre-arrival solution that makes an immigrant’s first 100 days in Canada much less stressful. It provides relevant content, customized digital information, and checklists for people before they depart their home country. We expect to announce one of our first financial products, Beacon Money, an innovative, purpose-built approach to solving an immigrant’s financial needs. Our longer-term ambition is to be the one-stop solution for the life-cycle financial needs of our users.
