As a freelance SEO content writer who's planning on transitioning into an agency, I couldn't miss chima's Q&A session for anything. We had Luke Carthy, Erica Schneider, and Joel Klettke as panelists, dishing out years of experience as responses to our burning questions. My key takeaways were: ✅Get a great lawyer, an accountant, and a bookkeeper in your corner for the initial setup ✅Think about the mental taps open in your head and where your time is going, then decide who's the best person to hire that'll relieve you of the stress ✅Never onboard a client until you're sure they can pay for your services ✅Fail fast and learn quickly: instead of failing with $10k, experiment with $100 and pick up the lessons ✅Be confident in your abilities ✅Take care of yourself because if you're not okay, the business isn't okay Thanks to Chima for putting this together 👍 Find the replay link in the comment section
