It’s a big day for Miru as we celebrate an exciting milestone in our mission to deploy 10 million sf of electrochromic windows by 2028. Today we announced the successful closing of our $20 M USD Series A financing round. The raise was co-led by BDC Capital, the investment arm of BDC, and Angelo Paletta of TNG Capital Corp., with follow-on investment from Greensoil PropTech Ventures. This Series A will fund investment into Miru’s dynamic glass roofs for automobiles, and support the build of new pilot lines in North America and Europe that will service the automotive and architectural markets.
