    Does your organization need a culture audit? ⬇️ Austen Tully (she/her), SVP and Director of Integration & Culture at Guided By Good recently sat down with Hebba Youssef and discussed all-things culture and how to keep employees connected, especially in a remote work setting. Austen dove into a strategy - performing a culture audit - that's very effective at revealing the gaps in your culture. "We sat down as a team and did an audit to find out what is actually serving the purpose of the things we say we care about.     How do you make recognition part of your team's routine? 🏅 The Paris 2024 Olympics are off to a great start, and Team Canada is already making us proud! Summer McIntosh won a silver in the 400m freestyle, and Eleanor Harvey earned a bronze in fencing. It’s amazing to see our athletes shine on such a big stage.
