This recognition highlights the dedication and hard work of our incredible teams and partners.   Silver Award: General Contractors – Up to $20 Million Project: Estítkw Place   Estítkw Place, a standout project led by Hiy̓ám̓ Housing Squamish Nation in collaboration with DIALOG, Lu'ma Development Management, and NUQO Modular, represents a significant achievement in providing affordable housing on Capilano Road, North Vancouver. This 55-unit development, featuring modular technology, was completed in just 12 months. It offers essential housing and support services for vulnerable Sḵwxwú7mesh Nation members, including 52 studios, 3 one-bedroom units, and a commercial-grade kitchen with a communal dining area. The collaborative effort with all project partners behind Estítkw Place is truly commendable.   Silver Award: General Contractors – $20 to $100 Million Project: 50 Electronic Avenue, Phase 2   Nestled in Port Moody, 50 Electronic Avenue is a striking blend of historical charm and modern design. Developed by Panatch Group and brought to life with Ciccozzi Architecture Inc. and SRC Engineering Consultants Ltd., this project spans 145,550 SF with East and West buildings, delivering a total of 358 residential units. With 43,500 SF of amenities, including fitness centers, co-working spaces, and a 10,000-SF clubhouse, this development beautifully merges contemporary living with the city’s industrial past and Coast Salish heritage.   Being recognized for our innovative techniques, materials, and outstanding project management for both Estítkw Place and 50 Electronic Avenue is a great honor.
