Today, I had the opportunity to supervise my Supervisor, Andres, as he delivered the WSIB Excellence course to our Retail, Urban Eatery, and Parking teams. Our employees showed great interest in the session and asked several insightful questions about the material. The WSIB Excellence program offers a structured pathway for Ontario businesses to enhance workplace health and safety, which is key to fostering a safer work environment.
