Blue Ant Media had the honour of hosting The Honorable Stan Cho, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming at our Toronto headquarters yesterday. During the visit, we had the opportunity to share our work as a proudly Canadian-based, global media company that produces and distributes premium television series and documentaries, and operates payTV and streaming platforms worldwide. The opportunity also gave us a chance to highlight the many creative careers we support across Canada with a 300-person employee base that often expands to upwards of 3000 people, depending on how many original series and documentaries we have in active production. Further, we are proud to support the creation of thousands of jobs in Canada by commissioning shows for our television channels and providing platforms for local businesses to sell their products at our live events. We appreciate Minister Cho taking time to visit us and for supporting the media industry in Ontario–across TV, film, print magazines, digital publishing and consumer shows. Check out some of our photos from last night’s event!
