So lucky to have clients that help us push boundaries and create connections with new targets, and have a blast while doing it.
Gone are the days of only inviting young consumers to our preferred channels. In our latest campaign, we tapped into THEIR preferred channel by delivering and sharing our message in a compelling narrative with content that connects dairy farming and gaming in a new digital space. Our latest campaign is a first of its kind for young Millennials and Gen Zs on Twitch 🎮, the massively popular streaming platform. We enlisted one of our Canadian dairy farmers, Ben, to collaborate with popular Fortnite streamer, Ranger, in a livestream as they played Farm and Seek, a custom-built digital dairy farm in LEGO Fortnite. Ben and Ranger engaged their audience by educating and entertaining them in a new digital space. Why did we go to such lengths? As we all know, getting the attention of young adult consumers is challenging to say the least. So we decided to meet them at their passion point, in this case, on Twitch. Whereas many popular games are based on strategies of combat and conquest, LEGO Fortnite is all about exploration and discovery, which naturally leads to learning 🧠. Farm and Seek gives our gamer audience an environment that nurtures learning about the variety of on-farm practices that inspire their unique environmental farm plans. The game is also an ideal platform for a young Canadian dairy farmer to connect with young Canadians in the context of their favourite pastime.
