☀ Summer isn’t over yet! Peak Notifications are still being sent due to the recent rise in temperatures. Ontario Demand levels have skyrocketed this season, breaching 23,800 MW. We haven’t seen demand peaks like this since 2013 (excluding the 2020 pandemic year when ICI was on hiatus). This season’s top 5 peaks already total over 115,000 MW – compared to the usual 110,000-112,000 MW. The more you curtail now, the smaller your Peak Demand Factor will be, leading to greater savings for next season.
