Last week, 7shifts attended FSTEC hosted by Informa Connect. This is one of the best restaurant technology shows I've attended as a technology partner. We had the opportunity to engage with hundreds of operators across the industry. There are a few themes that continue to stay at the forefront of our discussions around labor management and team management. 📱 GMs need real time access to data to effectively run their businesses. It needs to be mobile friendly and accessible anywhere on the go. 🤖 Utilizing AI to save inefficient processes is expected. We've been leaders in that with our sales forecasting and optimal labor tool the past couple of years. 💼 Managing the increasing laws that are being passed is difficult and operators need a reliable system they can trust to keep their teams compliant without constant attention.
