A Storied Heritage and a Bright Future

Since opening in 1997, Robinsons Bacolod, affectionately known as “Rob Bacolod,” has become an integral part of the city’s heritage and tradition. Nestled along Lacson Street, the city’s main artery, the mall has always been a hub of activity, catering to the needs of homeowners, students from nearby schools, and barkadas of all ages seeking fun, food, entertainment, and more. Apart from hosting well-planned engaging events and activities, it has also been home to several local entrepreneurs whose businesses continue to thrive as venue host for the very popular MassKarra festival.

The mall’s highly anticipated transformation is set to be completed by June 2025. The newly transformed shopping mall promises to introduce a fresh, more sophisticated look and experience, while somehow evoking a sense of nostalgia among long-time visitors, those seeking that familiar charm that has made Robinsons Bacolod a beloved destination to Bacolodnons and transients from nearby key cities and towns.

A New Dimension of Shopping and Leisure

The redeveloped Robinsons Bacolod will feature a sleek “Industrial Luxe” concept, blending metal, glass, and wood finishes to create a bold yet warm ambiance. This contemporary yet timeless design will be characterized by minimalist, striking details – particularly through a motif of sophisticated circular patterns, ensuring a modern and cohesive aesthetic throughout the mall.

Billed as an “Urban Veil,” this refreshed, dynamic facade will be complemented by lush landscaping and a canopied trellis for diners, providing comfort and shield
