A night of innovation and insights ✨   Today, we opened the doors of our headquarters in Mönchengladbach, Germany, to many curious visitors! 🎉   The „Lange Nacht der Industrie“ offered a unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of a globally successful textile machinery manufacturer. Trützschler drives innovation in "Circular Textiles" project   We’re thrilled to be part of the #innovative "Circular Textiles" project, officially launched at the Recycling Atelier Augsburg! Trützschler and Murata celebrate their partnership at #ITMAAsia2024 🥳   Today, we celebrated a major milestone at our booth together with our esteemed partner Murata Machinery, Ltd. Textile Machinery Div. – reaching the number of 100 joint customers in China! 🎉   Together, we’ve developed the innovative IDF VORTEX Spinning process, combining Trützschler’s Integrated Draw Frame (IDF) with Murata’s VORTEX machine. This solution streamlines production, boosts efficiency, and delivers high-quality results for the world’s largest VORTEX spinning market.   Harald Schoepp, General Manager of Trützschler Textile Machinery Shanghai and Jiaxing, said: “Celebrating this milestone with 100 joint customers in China is a demonstration of the strength of our partnership with Murata. Happy #WorldCottonDay 2024! 🌍   We ❤ cotton! Therefore, at Trützschler, we're committed to ensuring that every cotton fiber is used and not a single cotton fiber is wasted.   💡 How do we achieve this? Through innovative technology! Our flagship carding machine, the TC 30i, prevents the unnecessary loss of good fibers through WASTECONTROL (WCT). It achieves 2 % raw material savings compared to machines without WCT. This means a spinning mill that cards 10,000 tons of cotton per year will save 200 tons of cotton with WCT. https://lnkd.in/dmDvAww3   The TC 30i is also equipped with a sophisticated waste suction system that collects different types of card waste separately.
