📢 NEWS: Global IPO divergence widens as Americas and EMEIA surge while Asia-Pacific slows Market Snapshot: 👇 📉 Global IPOs experienced a 12% decrease in volume and a 16% drop in proceeds YTD, with Asia-Pacific hit hard by investor caution. 📈 EMEIA achieved its highest global market share by number (45%) since 2008, driven by strong market performance and increased IPO volume in India. 💻 Industrials and technology led IPO activity, with tech firms raising US$10.8 billion—more than half (52%) of which was in the US. 🌏 The Americas and EMEIA reported robust IPO growth, contrasting to Asia-Pacific's 43% decline in volume and 73% decrease in proceeds, due to economic and geopolitical headwinds.
