Last week, we hosted an insightful panel discussion, led by Małgorzata Gwóźdź-Brzegowska, on the impact of learning in both our professional and personal lives. Our colleagues—Anita Brzeska, Jakub Nabiałek, Roberto Pasquier, and Stanislav Lialikov - shared valuable insights alongside LinkedIn Learning experts David Whelan and Gavin Morgan. Passion, craftsmanship, and dedication of our Team were recognized with multiple awards at this year’s International Metal Decorating & Packaging (IMDPA) Conference. ✔️ The 2024 Decorator of the Year for Jose Delgado from CANPACK in Olyphant, Pennsylvania, and Joey Locke from Muncie, Indiana ✔️ The 2024 Metal Packager of the Year award for Phil Grimes, also from Muncie, Indiana   Our CANPACK Olyphant facility also excelled, winning Best of Category in Craft Cans for the vibrant Flying Monkey Sparklepuff and receiving the Award of Excellence in Two-Piece Beverage for the beloved Blue Lobster Raspberry Lemonade. Adding to the excitement, Tim Duca, CANPACK US Graphics Manager, was named the next president of the IMDPA, marking the start of a new chapter for the organization. In September a devastating flood in Central Europe destroyed roads and bridges, schools and small businesses, leaving tens of thousands without their homes, food, basic necessities or a way to escape. Our collective support and fundraising initiatives the local CANPACK teams launched in Czechia, Poland and Romania have contributed to restoring life and hope of those in need. Among others, we raised money, water, food, rubber boots, blankets, cleaning products, with some of our employees serving as volunteers on site. Due to our employees’ generosity and an invaluable assistance of the local Volunteer Fire Department three families from Kamieniec Ząbkowicki (Poland) are able to begin rebuilding their homes. Last but not least, we purchased 6 048 bottles of water to the flood victims in Poland, and we also sponsored a one week of holidays to 80 kids from a local elementary school in Česká Ves (Czechia) which as a result of big water was totally damaged. In times of crisis, our strength lies in unity and every contribution can make a difference! #community #csr #volunteer #impact
