As an organization that promotes board diversity across SWANA, we are driven by the belief that more inclusive and just societies, governments, and corporations are the underpinnings of prosperous nations, socioeconomic stability, and human flourishing. During these troubling times, we are deeply concerned about the widening disparity.
That's why we're piloting 'Boards Beyond Borders', an initiative to offer board advisory services to startups and organizations in challenging and crisis contexts across the region. We're especially committed to supporting organizations led by women, youth, and other traditionally underrepresented groups.
