    A couple of months back, we introduced our 5 core values at Heroes of Support. Here’s a deeper look into each one of those values, starting with Honesty and Openness. We make sure we are transparent in all our communications at Heroes of Support so that every employee is aware of what the company stands for and the impact of its work. We support proper communication where ideas are shared freely, and clarifications are given freely. We also encourage openness from our employees to be open to learn, grow, and challenge themselves.     We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join us for an on-site role in Sofia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries via telephone, email, or chat. You will be responsible for solving customer problems and ensuring high-quality customer service is maintained. You do not need any experience to start your career in this field. What is important: - ability to work 5/2 from 12 to 21.00 in the office (one working day could be on Saturday or Sunday) - English from B2 and higher If you are just a graduated student, translator, game presenter, or experienced CS feel free to apply!
