Our 2nd day of workshops in Skopje, for Dare2Scale Western Balkans, was all about mastering the sales process with Ivo Dimovsky, Senior Director Strategy & Operations at Castor! 📈 Ivo dove into building high-performing sales teams, balancing experience with energy, and the art of attracting customers. From B2B vs. B2C dynamics to setting value and KPIs, he covered it all. Key insights included managing rejection, testing adaptability, and creating a seamless cycle from prospecting to closing. One takeaway? "Sales may seem like an art, but it’s a science." 📊

The day wrapped up with a lively networking event that brought together Skopje's vibrant entrepreneurial community, building bridges for future growth and collaboration! 💼🤝

Yesterday, during the Dare2Scale Financing Your Growth workshop, industry experts Diana Aladzhova, CFA (Silverline Capital ), Victoria Hristova (Fund of Funds in Bulgaria (FMFIB)), and Boyan Slavchev (Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD)) shared their insights on securing funding for business growth. Diana urged founders to come prepared—know your investor’s mandate, have a well-structured deal, and be ready for the tough questions. Victoria debunked EU funding myths and shared strategies for leveraging public funds effectively, while Boyan highlighted Postbank’s financing options, including green transformation opportunities and support for startups. Hayes & Y, a Bulgarian indie pop-rock sensation taking over the international world, brought a touch of magic to the event. In the beginning of October, Endeavor Japan brought together over 50 participants from around the world to explore Japan’s thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem. We are proud to have been a part of the Japanese Endeavor Entrepreneur Tour, represented by Endeavor Entrepreneur, Svilen Rangelov of Dronamics, Deputy Mayor of Sofia, Ivan Vasilev, and our MD, Momchil Vassilev, among others.
