We are looking for Dutch speaking Talent Advisor who will help us supporting white collar hires across Belgium.

In this role, you will create an excellent candidate experience. As Talent Advisor you will actively promote Randstad values in the market, be an ambassador for its culture. Position is hybrid and based in Antwerpen or Limburg region. There is need to be 1 day per week in office in Brussels and twice per week in Randstad or Tempo-Team agencies based in region. Rest - 2 days is work from home.

What will be your key responsibilities:

· key stakeholder management and engagement

· preparing job posting strategy

· effectively managing requisitions while managing stakeholder expectations

· managing candidate relationships from interview stage

· co-creating and designing sourcing strategy for white collar professionals in agreement with hiring managers

· ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process

· effectively managing and utilizing applicant tracking systems

· improving recruitment and selection processes and help the continuous innovation to attract the best talent

What you need to bring:

· Experience in sourcing (recruitment or HR background)

· Speaking Dutch fluently

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Process-oriented mindset

· Can-do attitude

· Attention to detail with a concern for quality

· Willingness to learn new things

· Located in Antwerpen or Limburg area and willing to go to office 3 times per week
