    Client success story: Post-merger HR transition management Merging six companies into one €1 billion business can be a complex challenge, especially when former competitors must now collaborate. Our client in the Telco and Energy sector faced exactly that after acquiring several businesses. 🌟 The Challenge: After merging, the client needed an HR transition manager who could navigate a complex environment and manage former competitors working together. 💡 The Solution: The HR Executive focused on anchoring talented managers, harmonizing HR policies, redesigning the organisation, and conducting a thorough due diligence of HR teams and processes. These actions paved the way for a smooth transition for the future HR Director. 🚀 The Result: Within 12 months, the HR Executive, experienced in change management, retention planning, union negotiations, and process integration, successfully embedded the value created by the M&A. The business was set up for success with a unified HR strategy.
