C'est déjà la 8ème éance de nos "Mardi, J'ai Géronto", et cette fois-ci, j'ai le plaisir d'accueillir un designer d'espace 🏗️! Parce que oui, l'espace, c'est important ! Autant sur le plan fonctionnel qu'esthétique, et pourtant, dans notre secteur, il est difficile de trouver des architectes qui excellent dans les deux domaines ! J'ai donc invité Alexis Letellier pour qu'il nous explique comment un architecte conçoit un projet de construction ou de rénovation d'établissements pour personnes âgées. 👉 Qui a dit que l'univers des seniors et des maisons de repos n'était pas photogénique ? 📖 En octobre 2023, le magazine italien LIVING publiait notre projet Boschart pour Orpea à Anvers. 👀 Ils nous ont demandé plusieurs fois confirmation qu'il s'agissait bien d'une résidence Senior, un EPHAD, une maison de repos ou de retraite. A vrai dire, ils ne sont pas les premiers à tomber des nues (et ne pas nous croire!) quand on leur dit que ce projet est bel bien une maison de repos. En l'occurence ici, le restaurant de la résidence. ▶ Et bien oui, l'architecture d'intérieur a plus que jamais sa place dans l'univers des Seniors. C'est même l'une des pierres angulaires de l'équilibre et du succès d'un tel projet. C'est ce qui manque tellement à ce secteur aujourd'hui. ▶ L'architecture d'intérieur sert le bien-être des résidents et du personnel.
