Thrilled to have participated in the EdgeAI conference held in Cagliari from October 21st to 23rd! Representing CNIT - Consorzio Nazionale Interuniversitario per le Telecomunicazioni I had the opportunity to present our work on SmartEdgeProject , specifically showcasing our contributions in Swarm Programmable and Self-aware Networking. Our solution aims to push the boundaries of Edge Swarm Networks by creating a dynamic, adaptive network infrastructure that not only supports AI-driven tasks but also facilitates the seamless collaboration of networked devices in real time. Looking forward to the innovative strides we’ll continue to make in this field!

I had the pleasure of attending the SmartEdgeProject plenary meeting on 9 and 10 October 2024 at the Inria Centre, Université Côte d’Azur, hosted by ERCIM/W3C. It was a great opportunity to discuss the project's advancements in Continuous Semantic Integration (CSI), Dynamic Swarm Networks, and low-code toolchains for Edge Intelligence. Connecting with so many brilliant minds and exchanging ideas was truly inspiring.

🌟 Looking back on our 2nd AIoTwin Summer School, held in the enchanting city of Dubrovnik this past September! 🌟 The event was organized in collaboration with the EU-funded SmartEdgeProject. The summer school program featured: ◻ Invited talks by Aaron Ding, Stefan Nastic, and Spyros Lalis, ◻ Tutorials by Sarunas Girdzijauskas, Boris Sedlak, Lodovico Giaretta, Le Tuan Anh, Xuanchi G., and Ivan Voras, ◻ Hands-on sessions on AIoTwin orchestration middleware led by Ivana Podnar Zarko, Ivan Čilić, Ana Petra Jukić, and Katarina Vuknić, and on ColonyOS by Johan Kristiansson, ◻ Poster sessions showcasing the latest research across various topics. Additionally, the program included a technical workshop titled "Edge AI Meets Swarm Intelligence," featuring insightful presentations and discussions on cutting-edge research.
