With a global mental health score of just 65/100*, it’s clear that long hours at our desks are taking a toll. At Silversquare, we wanted to know: How does working in our dynamic, vibrant environments affect our members’ mental health? Our community thrives in an inspiring, activity-based workspace (with nap rooms, social spaces, and regular events) that encourage movement, connection, and well-being. The result? On 206 answers, 75% of our members report that their mental health score is higher than the global average*. 🙌 So, can working from Silversquare boost your energy, mental health, and overall well-being?
