Infrabaker International is an innovative company that is specialised in the development and production of infrared applications for the food industry. Infrabaker is a modular infrared continuous cooking system developed to cook, bake and/or color a wide variety of food products such as bacon, chicken, patties, fish, dough, vegetables, ready meals and many, many more. Infrabaker® stands for high yields, optimal use of energy, an oil-free cooking process, high flexibility and constant product quality. The process does not require any other medium such as e.g. cooking oil, hot air, steam or thermal oil. The direct emission of the heat on the product results in a minimal loss of liquids and generally a higher yield than competing systems. Starting up and product switching times are pratically non-existent. The infrared emitters reach their full capacity within seconds and cool down just as fast. The emitters are self-cleaning and the continuous belt is equipped with a belt washing station.

Smoked, grilled, braised .... Pork spare ribs are cooked and eaten in various cuisines around the world Often roasted, fried, steamed or braised in a sweet and savory sauce in Asia, cooked in adobo sauce (a chili-based sauce) or made into tacos or burritos in Mexico or cooked on a barbecue grill or on an open fire, and served as a slab (bones and all) with a sauce in Southern Amerika. Due to the extended cooking times required for barbecuing, ribs are often prepared first by boiling, parboiling or steaming the rib rack and then finishing it on the grill. On an industrial scale, electrical infrared ⚡ will add that grilled color and appearance in a flash. In this particular example, the spare ribs were nicely colored on both sides in approx.1,50 mins.
