At their last meeting, the #ESG team had the opportunity to make “The Climate Fresk”. This is a 2 or 3-hour workshop, to be carried out as a team, which uses cards that we have to “connect” to help us understand the realities we are facing and the cause-and-effect links between human activity and all that has been engendered subsequently. This was an essential workshop for the team members, as we believe that understanding climate change is crucial for innovation in the food industry, and for developing sustainable food solutions that meet both environmental challenges and industry needs. From reducing greenhouse gas emissions to creating climate-resilient food preservation methods, we strive to make a positive impact, and our teams demonstrated this very well by doing this workshop. Of course, there's still a long way to go, but every day, our team members take another step towards making Galactic more eco-responsible than the day before, so bravo to them! Last week, our Moldovan team took a break from their screens and headed to the beautiful Chateau Sobor for their annual team-building event.
