𝐖𝐢𝐣𝐳𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐩 𝐡𝐞𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐧 Voor het vervullen van diverse fiscale formaliteiten worden geregeld fiscale mandaten toegekend.   Sedert 10 juni 2024 kunnen de mandaten ‘Tax-on-web PB’, ‘Tax-on-web BNI’ en ‘MyMinfin’ echter niet meer aangemaakt worden. Via deze mandaten kon een mandataris toegang krijgen tot het MyMinfin dossier van een burger en de aangifte in de personenbelasting (PB) of in de belasting der niet-inwoners (BNI) namens een burger indienen.   Twee nieuwe typen mandaten zijn in de plaats gekomen van voormelde mandaten:  𝟏. 𝐇𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐚𝐭 ‘𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐁-𝐁𝐍𝐈’    Sinds 10 juni 2024 dienen mandatarissen (rechtspersonen) een mandaat ‘Belastingaangifte PB-BNI’ te hebben om toegang te krijgen tot het MyMinfin-dossier van nieuwe klanten (natuurlijke personen) en om in hun naam handelingen in de personenbelasting en de belasting der niet-inwoners te kunnen verrichten.   Er verandert niets voor bestaande klanten, actieve mandaten of medewerkers van een gemandateerde onderneming.   𝟐. 𝐇𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐚𝐭 ‘𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫’   Belastingplichten (natuurlijke personen) kunnen sinds 10 juni 2024 ook het mandaat ‘Belastingaangifte Burger’ verlenen aan een andere natuurlijke persoon zoals een naaste, zodat deze in zijn/haar naam handelingen in de personenbelasting of de belasting der niet-inwoners kan verrichten.   Indien u vragen in dit verband zou hebben of assistentie wenst bij de indiening van uw belastingaangifte, aarzel niet om een van de Private Planning of Global Mobility Services experten binnen Forvis Mazars in België te contacteren.   #ForvisMazars #ForvisMazarsinBelgium #tax #personalincometax #nonresidentincometax #fiscalmandates

🌟 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 🌟 Yesterday, we had an incredible day dedicated to giving back to our community in the Ghent region. We spent the day working with various non-profits, and the experiences were truly heartwarming and impactful. From getting our hands dirty in the garden 🌱 to adding fresh coats of paint to classrooms 🎨, sorting through food and clothing donations 📦, and cooking up meals for those in need 👨🍳, every moment was filled with purpose and joy. The appreciation we received from the non-profit organizations and the people we helped was incredibly heartwarming. It was a rewarding experience that brought us all closer together. We're already looking forward to our next Community Day and the chance to make another positive impact!
