  • “If we look at the gap in different occupations, female managers are at the greatest disadvantage: they earn 23% less per hour than male managers.” At European Women on Boards, we advocate for gender equality in decision-making. And it’s not just about representation, but also about recognition and equal rights once women reach leadership positions. On this International Equal Pay Day, we remind all actors of change—whether policymakers or private organisations— that much work remains to achieve true gender equality across Europe. Together, let’s take action, continue rising to the top, and open doors for others along the way. Learn more 👉 https://lnkd.in/eEQdiFsH
