I help organisations to grow through Access to Funding and Business Innovation in sectors with complex value chains and highly disrupted by digitisation.
✈️ Last week I travelled to Singapore as part of an EU delegation representing IN-MOVE by Railgrup! This initiative was jointly coordinated by the European Commission through the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), in partnership with Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Business Federation, and European Enterprise Network (EEN) . This gathering of clusters and industrial associations fostered collaboration to drive sustainable solutions in several verticals such as Transportation. The experience provided a comprehensive perspective on sustainable transportation initiatives within Singapore and the ASEAN region, broadening our understanding of innovative practices and emerging trends that can significantly benefit the cluster and its associates. Key Highlights: 🔹 Engaging sessions during Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW) focused on mobility and energy transitions (i.e., eMobility and Hydrogen). 🔹 Insightful site visits showcasing Singapore’s innovative approaches to green energy, CCAM, and sustainable urban solutions. The mission enabled invaluable cluster-to-cluster connections with other EU participants, paving the way for knowledge exchange and potential collaboration in R&D&I projects. Together, we enhance our capacity to tackle common challenges in Europe! Through targeted B2B sessions, we identified promising leads for future collaborations and market expansion in Southeast Asia. These connections hold real potential for strategic growth in this rapidly evolving sector. Excited to explore these opportunities further with the great professionals I had the privilege to share, exchange and learn from! Big thank you to Andrzej Czulak Sonia Fernández Mañas Gytis Mikalauskas André Filipe de Carvalho leonardo marchetti Carina Brown Jean-Christophe de Tauzia Berta Szabó Teodora Jilkova and the rest of the delegation! My main takeaway: "Europe is at the forefront of Connected, Automated, and Sustainable Mobility (CCAM) yet.... To build on this momentum, it’s crucial to put our best minds to work and allow them the freedom to innovate without excessive regulation. By fostering an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration, we can accelerate the development of cutting-edge solutions that will enhance mobility and sustainability across the continent. Embracing this approach will not only benefit our economy but also contribute to a greener future."
