It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month and several of our teams across our operations continue to raise awareness towards the importance of screening for early detection. For the second year, team Aruba hosted their 5K Walk, "We Care. We Walk," honouring those who lost the fight and those who continue to fight valiantly, along with supporters, families and the wider community. Here's a recap with some photos! Let's all do our part to raise awareness. #LivingourVisionEveryday

Education is a key part of our corporate social responsibility! Each year, Team Jamaica helps to light the future of young people across the island with their scholarship programme. This year, over USD $50,000 in new scholarships were awarded to 20 tertiary and 27 secondary students. The recipients were recently awarded and celebrated via a Scholarship Awards ceremony. Ramone Young received the inaugural R. Danny Williams Visionary Award for Leadership and Volunteerism and Shanielle Gayle received the inaugural Chairman’s Innovation Award presented by President and CEO of Sagicor Group Jamaica Ltd, Christopher Zacca. Up and on young ones and Congratulations to all the recipients!

We’re proud supporters of media in the Caribbean. We recently joined in celebrating the outstanding work of the region’s journalists for the 35th staging of the Caribbean Broadcasting Union's, Caribbean Media Awards! Congratulations to the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation in Barbados, Great Belize Productions, the RJR Gleaner Communications Group in Jamaica and the Trinidad Express for taking home awards and special mentions in our themed categories of financial literacy journalism and health education journalism. We appreciate your hard work and commitment. Admin Caribbean Broadcasting Union

This summer, students from across the Caribbean sharpened their skills in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) with their involvement in the Student Program for Innovation in Science and Engineering (SPISE) and the Caribbean Computer Coding Workshops (C3W) offered by the Caribbean Science Foundation. The program also sees them immersed in rigorous university-level courses in calculus, physics, biochemistry, computer programming, and entrepreneurship, as well as hands-on projects in electronics. We were honoured to support this initiative as we help secure bright futures for our youth!
