Fiscal Year 2025 Community Project Funding Requests

If you are interested in submitting a Community Project Funding request for Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25), please complete and submit the appropriate information using the links below. All requests must be submitted by 6 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024. Incomplete applications or ones received after this date may not be accepted.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience through this process. While the Appropriations Committee has not yet released guidance for FY25, please review and use the eligibility requirements for the previous fiscal year that is linked below. If there are any changes to eligible accounts or additional information is required, we will reach out to the point of contact for your submission. Please know that while the appropriations process begins early in the year, the vast majority of the final bills will not be considered by Congress until the end of the calendar year.

Prior to submitting, please review Appropriations Committee guidelines for which accounts are eligible to receive funding. Our office is only able to submit requests that meet the criteria as outlined by the House Appropriations Committee. Demonstrations of Project Merit and Support: Members must provide evidence of the project’s merit and community support. If you submit a CPF request, you must include evidence of community support. Examples may include letters of support from elected community leaders (e.g. mayors, county commissioners, city councilmembers), letters of support from local transportation districts, the state department of transportation, or county engineers, or press articles highlighting the need for the requests.
