The Opportunity
As an Internal Communications Manager you’ll work alongside other communications leads to create and share timely, meaningful content across group channels for support, store & site teams including Internal Social media, Customer & Team week and key business events. Working alongside a large team of Internal Communicators across Woolworths Group, you will develop and execute strategic communications plans to support the Woolworths 360 team

What You'll Do

  • Consult on change or business-critical initiatives to ensure a communications plan is designed and deployed.
  • Act as a partner and advisor to the Woolworths 360 team in store facing communications activities with the support of a specialist.
  • Develop and execute overarching senior leader narrative and quarterly messaging plans to share innovations stories across the group.
  • Lead and facilitate the strategy for Events inside of the Woolworths 360 space
  • Manage the allocation of work to ensure the continued growth of team members

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years experience in an Communications Manager role
  • Experience in designing and developing communication strategies for multiple teams and implementing new communications techniques
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders and frontline team members, positively influencing showing agility and adaptability
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Experience leading a high performing team
