About

Hi, I’m a Professional Communication and Change Management leader with over 25 years experience across different industries. I am also a creative storyteller and tech enthusiast who’s confident using data, AI and behavioural insights. I have contributed to the success of dozens of organisational transformations, working with C-suite and senior executives to engage employees in strategy and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

My efforts have resulted in faster benefits realisation through increased productivity, capability and stakeholder engagement. I’ve shown that by caring about people it’s possible to minimise stress and even increase employee engagement through difficult change.

Raising the bar and helping others develop their careers is very important to me. I love contributing to industry through my IABC Board role, connecting people, writing articles, speaking, coaching and sharing ideas.

Prosci® certified in Change Management.
GCCC® SCMP certified in Strategic Communication.
2022-2024 President, International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), NSW.
