I realigned the project with the business requirements, onboarded the project stakeholders, and setup a controlled Agile project methodology, backlog and agreed a final delivery schedule. The project went live on-time as planned, at the start of the clients new accounting year.

    Working with the GM, Project Delivery - I directed the implementation of a $12.5M business Change Management and technology Program of Infor's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution, comprising 14 project streams across all departments.

    This included: asset hierarchy design, the development of a Field Services mobility application, the successful transition / merger of a sister company into EAM, the implementation of a ‘visual’ BA Process Portal that captured 14 key process areas in BPMN, the creation of business procedures / business rules and full user / training guides, as well as the launch of internal EAM/SAP Product Roadmap websites.

    Core team of 16, matrix managed 45.

    Implemented Agile/Scrum methodology with executive buy-in, which enabled the successful delivery of the Program on time to an extremely aggressive timetable. This included fortnightly deliveries of more than 300 Change Requests, ultimately providing Broadcast Australia with a core strategic platform that will enable lifetime management and investment in the assets comprising the national television and radio broadcast infrastructure, nationwide critical communication services for emergency services and government; and private networks for utilities, resources and mining within Australia.

    ► Project managed the RFI, procurement, vendor scoring/selection, negotiation processes and global implementation / rollout of an integrated technology / change programme (Agile approach) to replace Product Data Management (PDM) and Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems and processes. This challenging project was delivered to an "impossible" deadline and to quality/budget.

    ► Recommended / selected new PDM solution (PTC Windchill), managing the transition from the Nokia estate to Vertu's replacement system, successfully extracting / migrating 14 years of mobile phone product data from Nokia, delivering successful Change Management.

    ► Recommended / selected new CAD solution (PTC Creo), working with Mechanical Engineers / Industrial Designers to ensure that new processes continued to support end-to-end product design capability.

    ► Performed Business Process Modelling to document requirements: document management, lifecycles of parts & documents, item management for project and production use, Engineering Change Management (ECM), coding & versioning principles (documents & parts), data model, roles/access policy, data migration from existing systems, integration to SAP/MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ISO accreditation and Type Approval compliance.

This type of web-application was new to the Post Office, meaning that I had to drive improvements to the existing online style-guides in order to support this and similar future web developments.

    Bega Rotary was chartered on 16 June 1954. The sponsor clubs were the Rotary Clubs of Cooma and Queanbeyan. The Club has 35 members drawn from Bega, Tathra, Tura and surrounding localities. Our main fund raisers are two book fairs in early January and early July each year. This allows us to support the local community. We have been actively involved in the Community Carers Accommodation at the new South East Regional Hospital. Also we offer local youth a range of personal development…

Our main fund raisers are two book fairs in early January and early July each year. This allows us to support the local community. We have been actively involved in the Community Carers Accommodation at the new South East Regional Hospital. Also we offer local youth a range of personal development activities, science & engineering, driver awareness programs, community activities and international exchange opportunities. We contribute to Australian Rotary Health research and international projects in Timor Leste and the eradication of polio.
